Support Group for Chinese Mothers of Children with Autism – You Don’t Have to Walk This Alone

In this safe and nurturing space, you’ll have the opportunity to learn emotional regulation techniques, rediscover yourself beyond motherhood, and form genuine, heartfelt connections with other moms who truly understand. Together, we’ll explore themes like emotional well-being, self-identity, self-care, and family and social support. Over six in-person sessions, we hope to walk alongside you on a journey of healing, growth, and mutual understanding.

Time: June 2 – July 7, 2025 (Every Monday, 6 consecutive sessions), 10:00 AM – 12:00 PMLocation: Capital One Café - Bellevue

This is a free, community-supported initiative with limited spots available. After registration, a brief screening will be conducted, and confirmed participants will receive an email notification. Your privacy is our priority—all personal information will remain strictly confidential and used solely for group coordination and program evaluation.
