Fred Zeng

Fred is a data engineer in the telecommunications industry, with a background in management and information systems from New York University. After living in New York City for several years, Fred recently relocated to Seattle with his partner and their pug. He is deeply committed to supporting neurodiverse children and families, inspired in part by his partner’s work as a pediatrician specializing in autism. Fred also volunteers with Lambert House, a local LGBTQ+ youth center, and is passionate about building inclusive, culturally sensitive spaces where all families feel seen and supported.

Nicole holds a degree from Beijing Institute of Technology and has 20+ years of IT experience at Motorola and Microsoft as a software engineer and project manager. Inspired by her family’s autism journey, she earned a Master’s in Education (ABA) from UW. Now a BCBA at a Kent clinic, she provides early intervention (ages 3-7) and parent training, helping families navigate autism with clarity and confidence

Phyllis Liu

Linda

Linda is a school psychologist with a bachelor's in early childhood education and an Ed.S in school psychology from UW. Since 2014, she has worked in Chinese and U.S. schools (Seattle and Bellevue districts), assessing students' academic, social-emotional, and behavioral needs to develop tailored education plans.

Skilled in CBT, she helps students manage anxiety/depression and build coping skills. She also collaborates with teachers and parents to support student success. During grad school, she volunteered with Open Doors for Multicultural Families, aiding immigrant and multicultural families with autistic children.
